Application notes

The three uniform weld projections provide solid contact with the weld surface and help accommodate weld surfaces that may not be perfectly flat. Location and threading of mated components is assisted by use of the weld nut’s precision pilot. The pilot also prevents the nut from slipping off center during the welding operation.

This Projection Weld Nut is extremely versatile and will provide a robust spot weld connection in a wide range of applications and conditions. This weld nut is easy to use and works well in a wide range of production environments.
