Flanged Weld Nuts – 3 Projections Under Head

This Flanged Weld Nut is self-locating and features three precision weld projections located on the underside of the head. The self-locating feature enables positive positioning of the weld nut to assist in the welding operation. The nut has a long body, making it an ideal choice for those applications that require heavier welds. Application notes:
This weld nuts self-location feature enables positive positioning of the nut into its designated hole location for the welding process. Three spherical weld projections on the underside of the head allow the body of the nut to be inserted through a hole in the mating component. When properly seated, this Flanged Weld Nut provides a flush surface for the attachment of a mated component.
