LYNX4 Modular Stud Welding System

The LYNX4 Modular stud welding system offers a full 5/16" welding capacity in the most compact system on the market. The Modular is microprocessor controlled with an improved charging circuit and a high output transformer which maximizes its duty cycle. The system includes enhanced user feedback including safety and fault codes. The Modular is sold as a complete welding system including a gun, two ground cables, carrying case, collets and changeover tools.

Through our partnership with IWT, JHP Fasteners can offer a number of auto-feed and manual load stud welding heads which can be incorporated onto fixed table-top systems, fully automated 2 and 3 axis CNCs or six-axis robots, IWT produces compact versions of their auto-feed contact and gap stud welding heads as well as bottom load and ram-feed gravity drop weld heads. IWT also manufactures a drawn arc welding head with integrated shielding gas cup for short cycle welding. Their 14” stand alone vibratory feeder (UVF-14) integrates seamlessly with the LYNX welding power supplies and can be easily adapted to any other stud welding system.
