This hex-shaped Projection Weld Nut is equipped with six, large, uniformly shaped, weld projections that ensure superior contact with the weld surface. The six projections enhance your ability to achieve repeatability of weld strength from nut to nut. It also features a precision pilot that enables accurate insertion of a mated component into the threaded hole. This weld nut is available in a selection of pilot heights to accommodate a wide range of metal thicknesses.
