Weld Nuts with Rectangular Flange

This Flanged Weld Nut features a “T” shape which allows the nut to be used in narrow channels and other confined spaces. This weld nut has four precision weld projections located on the top of the flange to provide a weld that is strong and well balanced. These industrial fasteners are available from JHP Fasteners in a variety of materials, dimensions and thread sizes.

Application notes:
This weld nut can be used in narrow channels and other confined spaces. Four symmetrical weld projections located on the top of the flange provide exceptional weld balance. Hole preparation is not required since the nut is welded directly to (not through) the surface of the corresponding sheet material.

For applications that require a robust weld that can be applied directly to the sheet material, this particular flanged weld nut is an excellent choice.
